[Latest Update] PATI Program Rekalibrasi Malaysia Requirements
Before getting into the details or updates of PATI Program Rekalibrasi, let’s refresh a bit about the history of Malaysia’s program for illegal workers.
PATI Recalibration Programme in Malay is known as PATI Program Rekalibrasi Tenaga Kerja (RTK).
This is a programme to legalize illegal workers or undocumented workers in Malaysia. Employers are able to complete the application by themselves or appoint a recruitment agency with license C to apply on behalf. Nonetheless, it’s hard to meet the PATI Program Rekalibrasi requirements.
Unfortunately, Malaysia’s government decided to extend this program from 30th June 2021 to 1st Dec 2021.
Also, they finally allow the service sector to participate in PATI Program Rekalibrasi.
Do take note that NOT all businesses in the service sector are allowed to apply PATI Program Rekalibrasi.
